The hotel has great character and the location is awesome. The room was updated however the bathroom was not clean and the mattress was horrible. A little more TLC this property could be great! All the employees was very nice. A good cleaning and updated mattress will go a long way.

Bathroom ceiling in our room could use a good painter and each room and bathroom could use a good cleaning. Someone should inspect the rooms before the new occupants arrive.

I had a great time in April when my husband I celebrated my birthday. The room was very clean and remodeled. The breakfast is a full breakfast and is very good. The hotel is in a good location. We had such a nice trip we are coming back in December to bring our son and are staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Inn. It was so clean. The breakfast was great. All the staff was friendly and so accommodating in every way. It was pleasant and a good experience. We felt safe and well taken care of at the Chestnut Tree Inn.

The only thing I could say is the outside overhangs could use some paint. The paint was peeling. I worked for HUD and I guess I just notice these things. Other than that, it was great.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful as well as being a pleasure to talk with. Our room was perfect and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderfully clean and big. Comfortable in temperature when I arrived. Had an ironing board and iron for guest use. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Great WIFi service too. My room attendant kept the room in perfect order. I ate at their breakfast buffet and enjoyed my meal to the utmost. Front desk staff was friendly and smiled and polite. Efficient check in. It is very close to most attractions yet quiet. I would recommend this place to all who want a great stay and value.

I need to thank all the ladies I dealt with making my husbands 50th birthday surprise a great time. Kim, Cindy & Vivi just to name a few who were so nice to us in making this a fun weekend. The place is very clean and their customer service is off the charts. We will stay there again for sure.

The host Mr. Cooper was more than accommodating. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the décor which had a lot of native American art. The rooms were very nice and clean. The buffet and the lady, that was mostly in charge of it, were outstanding. It was one of the best buffet's with selections, quality and price I have encountered. I fell in love with this place. Nice big pool and hot tub. This place makes you feel like part of their family.

As the main webpage advertises, this is a very "charming" hotel. The decor in the main building captures the spirit of the hotels location extremely well. The staff was very friendly and couteous, the room (including the king bed) was very comfortable. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay there!
